Payments and Reconciliation

What currencies can I charge in?

We operate in COP, MXN, ARS, PEN, CLP, and USD. If you need another currency, contact us to enable it with our global gateway.

How do I download accounting reports?

Go to Help Desk → Reports. You can generate XLSX and CSV files by date range or by specific event.

When do I receive payments?

Payments are processed automatically. Funds are transferred to your bank account according to the agreed schedule, generally within 3-5 business days.

Can I automate post-event campaigns?

Yes. From CRM → Automations configure triggers based on attendance, consumption, and preferences to send emails or SMS.

How do I create a presale landing page?

In the experiences section, select 'Create landing' and choose the template. Our design team can help you customize it.

Can I send push notifications to buyers?

Yes, you can send personalized push notifications for event reminders, schedule changes, or special promotions.

Can I create multiple ticket types?

Yes, you can create different ticket levels (General, VIP, Premium) with customized prices, benefits, and availability for each.

How do I manage venue capacity?

You can configure the total event capacity and limits by ticket type. The system will alert you when approaching the limit.

Can I make changes after publishing the event?

Yes, you can update event information, prices, and availability. Changes sync automatically and we notify buyers if necessary.
